Job Overview:


We are seeking a talented Business/Financial/Management Analyst with at least 3 years of experience and a passion for thinking big, taking action, and delivering exceptional results.


The ideal candidate will be outcome-driven, quality-obsessed, and relentlessly focused on innovation as a value-driver for world-class delivery, client satisfaction, and performance.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Focus on the coordination, accounting, planning, and administration functions.
  • Provide business management functions such as budgeting, financial analysis, and planning and control of funding and allocation of funding.
  • Conduct business process analysis to describe and create defined business and operations controls and processes.


Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Excellent computer literacy with the ability to function in FAA multi system software applications including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage actions to meet changing deadlines and requirements within a high volume, high stress environment.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Highly responsive to requested needs.


Clearance and Education:



  • Ability to obtain and maintain FAA Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree with a major in any field that includes, or was supplemented by, at least 24 semester hours in fields like accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management.


Salary Information:


The estimated salary for this position is around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
