Sales Growth Representative

The ideal candidate for this role is a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Representative with a proven track record of creating revenue-generating opportunities and quota attainment. As a Sales Growth Representative at Workiva Inc., you will be responsible for driving pipeline growth and revenue expansion within the LATAM region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a current understanding of Workiva's latest product offerings and competitive product/market knowledge.
- Partner closely with Regional Sales Directors to develop ongoing engagement strategies with assigned customer and prospect accounts to drive revenue goals.
- Maintain active engagement with existing customers and non-customers to increase interest in additional uses for the Workiva platform by understanding their key initiatives and pain points.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience prospecting into LATAM territories is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- A self-motivated individual with a strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement.
