Job Summary

Hilton Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Billing Coordinator to join our team. As a Billing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful closing of groups and events within the hotel, maximizing revenue and occupancy targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Maximization: Adhere to events and group yield policy to maximize revenue and achieve room nights and occupancy targets.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Sales and Events Teams to maximize corporate and group rates, and ensure proper implementation of reservations procedures.
  • Team Development and Customer Service: Ensure Team Members are developed effectively, and generate a culture of high-quality standards for relationship building, customer service, and billing and processing contracts.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with Clients and Team Members to gain a full understanding of their needs and work to serve them effectively.
  • Operational Meetings: Actively participate in operational meetings to be informed of every group detail for billing purposes.
Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: Previous experience with administrative tasks in the hotel/leisure sector.
  • Organizational and Planning Skills: Excellent organization and planning skills, with the ability to respond to a range of different work situations.
  • Accountability and Resilience: Accountable and resilient, with a strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hotel Property Management Systems: Knowledge of hotel property management systems (Opera, Delphi & Micros).
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in the same or similar role.
  • Business Discipline: Relevant degree, in a business discipline, from an academic institution.
