Dynatrace is seeking a seasoned Senior Customer Success Strategist to drive growth and success in our LATAM region. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing tailored success plans that align our capabilities with customer goals, focusing on driving innovation, optimizing costs, and mitigating risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- BUILD and manage relationships with senior leaders and teams in diverse LATAM organizations, acting as their trusted advisor.
- DEVELOP tailored success plans that align Dynatrace capabilities with customer goals, focusing on driving innovation, optimizing costs, and mitigating risks.
- GUIDE technical and business users, helping them unlock the full potential of Dynatrace's advanced observability and automation platform.
- PARTNER with Dynatrace internal teams, including product, support, Go-To-Market, and post-sales, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- CORODINATE efforts across remote and geographically dispersed teams, navigating cultural differences to align on customer priorities.
About You:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in customer success, account management, or similar roles, with proven work experience in Spanish speaking market (LATAM). You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a bilingual (English and Spanish) environment.
