Customer Experience Strategist

We are looking for a Customer Experience Strategist to enhance Transsion's service standards and drive exceptional customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Efficiency & Operations: Improve teamwork efficiency, monitor operational indicators, and address any abnormalities.
  2. Process Optimization: Streamline department processes, update policy documents, and train employees to ensure their readiness.
  3. Customer Satisfaction: Enhance complaint acceptance procedures, resolve customer dissatisfaction, and improve overall satisfaction.
  4. Customer Feedback & Public Opinion: Collect and analyze customer feedback and local public sentiment to drive business and process improvements.
  5. Cross-Functional Coordination: Support additional tasks as assigned by the Customer Experience leadership team.

Basic Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
  2. Experience: Minimum 2 years in a relevant role.
  3. Company Tenure: More than 1 year of experience in a corporate setting.
  4. Language: Fluent in spoken and written English.
