About Your Future Role

We are seeking a Customer Success Strategist to consult our internal and external clients on the digitization of new or existing insurance or reinsurance products. As a key member of our team, you will support our business development in Latin America and contribute to the growth of the region.

Your Key Accountabilities
  1. Consult our internal and external clients on the digitization of new or existing insurance or reinsurance products.
  2. Support our business development in Latin America by executing projects and delivering a superior client experience.
  3. Manage project pipeline and allocate resources effectively to ensure successful project execution.
  4. Proactively monitor and manage customer satisfaction, seeking opportunities for continuous improvement with our internal and external clients.
  5. Develop and maintain training concepts to ensure clients are proficient in using our platform.
  6. Contribute actively to further platform development understanding its capabilities in a joint IT and business approach.
  7. Oversight of the customer board to ensure it accurately reflects ongoing activity.
