Job Description: As a Network Operations Specialist at Ingepsy, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our global network. This includes monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing changes to prevent or resolve network-related incidents. You will work closely with our engineering teams to develop and implement new technologies and solutions that drive business success.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues
- Implement changes to prevent or resolve network-related incidents
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement new technologies and solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 5+ years of hands-on technical working experience in supporting and operating with most of the following network technologies at an enterprise scale: Cisco Routers, Switches, Wi-Fi & Network Authentication
- At least 3+ years of hands-on technical working experience with the use of any of the following network monitoring tools: IBM's SevOne Network Performance Management (NPM), Broadcom's AppNeta, Cisco's ThousandEyes, NetScout's nGenius, Cisco Prime, NetBrain's Network Problem Diagnosis Automation System (PDAS)
- At least 2+ years of hands-on working experience with IT Service Management (Event Management, Incident Management, Knowledge, Configuration Management Database (CMDB)/Asset Management, Change Management)
