We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist CRT & Programs to join our team at DHL Germany. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our team leader and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as main TL backup on GSConnect for the Shipment Management Service Line, supporting KPI & APT Analysis and the Re-Assignment of cases for agents.
  2. Analyze work distribution and assign tasks based on roles and time logger.
  3. Provide visibility of internal team capacity and keep records of utilization.
  4. Implement new accounts.
  5. Create a closer communication with the BP.
  6. Provide visibility of updates, changes, news, improvements, etc. to the BP and team leader timely.
  7. Lead trainings for new team members and ensure they are achieved.
  8. Manage the team KPIs and present results every month.
  9. Assure the quality of processes and deliverables.
  10. Coordinate and propose continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
  11. Revised and update toolkit accordingly.
  12. Manage the Error Log and share it with the team.
  13. Prepare and distribute performance, trends reports.

Requirements:

  1. Professionals/students in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or similar occupations.
  2. At least 2 years in Logistics process.
  3. Good level of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
  4. Good communication in English (verbal and written).
  5. Customer service and communication skills.
  6. Teamwork and autonomy.
