Job Description


The Enterprise Architecture Security Specialist will play a critical role in developing and maintaining enterprise architecture to protect the organization's mission and business processes. This individual will ensure stakeholder security requirements are addressed in all aspects of enterprise architecture, aligning security solutions with Holcim methodologies and standards.



Main Responsibilities:



  • Develop and Maintain Business Processes: Develop and maintain business, systems, and information processes to support enterprise mission needs.
  • IT Rules and Requirements: Develop information technology (IT) rules and requirements that describe baseline and target architectures.
  • Security Solutions Alignment: Align security solutions to the methodologies and standards of Holcim.
  • Design and Implementation: Design, implement, and support the security model for general security solutions.
  • Security Framework Deployment: Design, deploy, and monitor security framework to Network environments.
  • Vulnerability Assessments: Conduct vulnerability assessments of systems and networks within the network environment or enclave.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support for security issues related to in-scope network infrastructure.
  • Crisis Response: Respond to crises or urgent situations within the pertinent domain to mitigate immediate and potential threats.
  • Investigation and Analysis: Investigate and analyze all relevant response activities.
  • System Impact Evaluation: Review requests for new systems or changes to existing systems and evaluate the impact to security.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with an IT focus.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in IT Security, management of network infrastructure, including implementation and maintenance, delivering IT security projects, assessments, and audits.
  • Desired Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, ITIL, ISO 27001.
  • Desired Experience: Experience of security incident handling & response, knowledge in cryptography, data protection, and privacy protection, experience of more than 5 years in the creation or monitoring of information systems architecture.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. Sarbanes Oxley Act, Solvency II) and security policies, frameworks, and standards like NIST, SOC2, ISO 27000.
  • English Language Proficiency: Desire at least B2 English Level.
