Responsibilities- Ensure payroll processing is compliant with company policy and government regulations.
- Analyze and resolve complex payroll issues to ensure smooth processing.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for payroll operations.
- Collaborate with system programmers to achieve solutions or administer the company payroll system.
- Support payroll, social security, sick leaves, reimbursements, labor contract settlements, and retirement processes.
- Professional in accounting or administrative careers or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll management of more than 700 employees.
- Extensive knowledge of current regulations in labor concepts, UGPP, SS, tax reforms.
- Control of hours, overtime, and overtime (timetracking) knowledge of Workday Timetracking is a plus.
- Experience with outsourced processes (vendor management).
- Basic financial knowledge.
- Intermediate/advanced office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Intermediate English.
