**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Third Party Risk Management Specialist to join our Internal Control team. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall success of our Third Party Risk Management program, ensuring that all activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**

The Global Third Party Risk Management Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Providing effective management of our third-party relationships and all aspects of the vendor & service management lifecycle, including third party service due diligence & risk assessments (onboarding and re-assessments)
  • Working closely with Control Functions to ensure reviews are done timely
  • Maintaining an ongoing and proactive business relationship with internal Contract Owners and the Bank's third-party vendors
  • Responding to requests from both internal and external stakeholders for information and documentation on our third-party relationships
  • Maintaining a high level of awareness of related changes and developments in Third Party Risk through the review of publications, seminars, employee training, etc., and developing and enhancing policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Understanding how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions
  • Actively pursuing effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to, and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:

  • 2+ years' experience in Third Party Risk Management
  • Very good project management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Some ability to write procedures and train others on Firm processes

**Salary**

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Location**

This role is based in Bogota, Colombia.
