Responsibilities:- Maintain precise financial records for 100+ properties across multiple states
- Process and record a high volume of financial transactions, including income and expenses
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently
- Collaborate with property managers and real estate agents to ensure accurate financial tracking
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Help streamline and improve current bookkeeping processes
- Coordinate with internal team members and external partners on financial matters
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in real estate
- Proficiency with accounting software and advanced spreadsheet skills
