Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding technical assistance through calls, chats, and emails
  • Address support requests of varying complexities
  • Collect data to ensure the necessary technical information is available for resolving intricate issues
  • Gather essential technical details to guarantee the resolution of challenging cases
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our client's products and services
  • Handle customers' sensitive information securely
  • Collaborate with developers and other departments in various IT firms to identify and resolve technical challenges

Qualifications for Success:

  • Proficient English communication skills (minimum C1 level for both spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in technical support, desktop support, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
  • Technical expertise in networking (VPN/firewall/Amazon/Azure services, network as a service, cloud networking)
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and experience with ISPs
  • Customer-focused and responsible demeanor
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar CRM platforms
  • Experience working with engineers
  • Degree in computer science or information technology
  • Certifications in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
