We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, facilitating account growth, and identifying new business opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver Lean Solutions Group solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to drive account growth.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset, prioritizing client satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level or above).
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Jira or Clickup.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL certifications a plus.
