Media Services Manager

At Anthology Inc, we're seeking a skilled Media Services Manager to join our Marketing and Media delivery team. As a key member of our team, you'll work directly with our Higher Education partners to execute and manage paid media campaigns that drive student recruitment and enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of lead generation solutions across various media channels, including digital platforms and traditional media.
  • Manage day-to-day media buying processes, optimizations, and vendor relationships for multiple clients.
  • Assist in managing customer budgets and media billing, tracking spending and providing clear updates.
  • Monitor ad campaigns for performance, ensuring pacing, managing spend, and optimizing campaigns.
  • Track reporting metrics and KPIs to ensure media services effectiveness, providing insights and suggesting optimizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure media campaign execution and tracking of KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest innovations and opportunities impacting digital media and marketing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5-8 years of media buying/planning experience in an agency or in-house marketing department with a focus on digital media.
  • Strong working knowledge of media self-serve ad platforms and performance tools.
  • Experience with B2C marketing campaigns and managing to varying media budgets.
  • Fluent understanding of paid media advertising, media strategy, and standard KPI measurements.
  • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Independent, self-starter with strong accountability, prioritization, project management, and coordination skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF C2 level or above.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in higher education industry.
  • Basic understanding of CRM, Marketing Automation, and Data Analysis tools.
  • Current certifications in Google Search Ads and Facebook Ads Media Buying.
