About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Sales Planner to join our team at Entravision Communications Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the advertising sales teams across our US Local markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and present customized proposals to clients, incorporating strategic media plans and budget allocations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and adherence to operational guidelines.
  • Design and create engaging pre-sale documents, including PowerPoint presentations and proposals.
  • Work closely with sales teams to secure client requests and negotiate win-win solutions.
  • Provide critical support during video call meetings with clients and assist in building strong relationships through industry event planning.
Requirements and Skills
  • 2+ years of experience in digital media sales or a related field.
  • Previous sales, marketing, or agency experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to maintain complex spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with multiple digital mediums and platforms, including Google Ads, SEM, Online Video, Mobile Display, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Understanding of basic digital terminology and application.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) with a professional tone and experience communicating with diverse audiences.
  • Spanish fluency a plus.
