What you'll do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Provide solutions to customer issues, ensuring first-call resolution.
  • Work with confidential customer information, maintaining the highest level of discretion.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

  • A fluent English (80%) and Spanish speaker.
  • An empathetic, responsible, and proactive individual.
  • Someone with strong multi-tasking skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • A person with at least one year of experience in sales or digital marketing.
