Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at WiCom Networks. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, developing business strategies, managing projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  2. Manage projects and ensure timely completion
  3. Oversee day-to-day operations and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:
  1. 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, and leadership
  2. Strong understanding of IT industry trends and technologies
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively

What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: COP $3,500,000 - COP $12,000,000
  • Quarterly commission payments of up to 2.2% of invoiced amounts before VAT
