We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team at WiCom Networks. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including emerging trends and technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development initiatives
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development strategies
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and initiatives
- Strong understanding of the IT and telecommunications industry, including trends, technologies, and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
We offer a competitive salary range of COP 3.5M - 12M/month, plus quarterly commission payments of up to 2.2% of invoiced amounts before VAT. Our hybrid work model combines remote work and in-office time, allowing for a dynamic and flexible work environment.
