Sagan Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated professional to join our sales team as a Lead Generation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for generating high-quality sales leads and scheduling meetings for our sales team.
About the Position:
This is a remote sales role that requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to identify key decision-makers. You will be working closely with the sales team to refine outreach tactics and improve conversion rates.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound lead generation using multiple tools and platforms.
- Identify and engage with potential clients to secure sales meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain an organized database of prospects and follow up as needed.
- Track and report outreach efforts, providing insights to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine outreach tactics and improve conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience with lead generation, sales outreach, or appointment setting.
- Familiarity with Apollo.io, LinkedIn, email outreach, and HubSpot.
- Ability to work independently, meet goals, and manage time effectively.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in sales or marketing.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, remote sales environment.
