Job Description As a Talent Acquisition Lead , you will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, develop and execute strategic hiring plans, and mentor a dynamic team.
You'll ensure compliance, deliver impactful recruitment insights, and foster positive stakeholder relationships.

Job Overview Your Daily Tasks Day-to-Day Recruitment Management Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, from understanding hiring needs to onboarding talent.
Execute strategic recruitment plans for identified job requirements across verticals.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager and recruiters to define job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
Monitor and track team progress, ensuring targets and timelines are met.
Ensure processes are in place for the Talent Acquisition Team, including compliance, data management, and accurate data processing.
Develop and maintain recruitment-related reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide insights into hiring trends, performance, and areas for improvement.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure a high-quality talent pool.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process.
Leadership and Development Manage and develop the recruitment team by providing coaching, mentorship, and identifying growth opportunities.
Lead and mentor team members, offering guidance, support, and development methodologies.
Facilitate discipline management processes for team members as necessary.
Conduct weekly meetings to address challenges, review pending issues, and provide team updates.
Participate in weekly and monthly departmental meetings as communicated by the immediate superior.
Train, coach, drive, and evaluate the performance of direct reports.
Stakeholder Management Identify and engage key internal and external stakeholders to understand their recruitment and sourcing needs.
Maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders and keep them informed about process updates and practices.
Proactively address stakeholder concerns to build strong, positive relationships and satisfaction with the Talent Acquisition Team.
Communication Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for the facilities and administrative team to ensure clear internal and external communication.
Facilitate effective communication to resolve issues related to facilities and administrative tasks promptly.
Communicate policy, procedural, or organizational changes to the team, fostering adaptability and collaboration.
Privacy and Confidentiality Ensure compliance with Emapta's guidelines, protocols, and legal requirements related to safeguarding organizational information and data privacy.
Maintain confidentiality of all private information handled.
Other Responsibilities Perform administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned by the company through direct written or verbal instruction.
Requirements The Qualifications We Seek Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead in BPOs or other fast-paced organizations.
Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding .
Strong understanding of selection methods and techniques.
Proficiency in using social media and job boards for recruitment .
Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of diverse roles.
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite .
