Key Responsibilities

  • Address routine inquiries from employees and management, acting as a subject matter expert and escalation point.
  • Assist new employees with pre-employment processes, Day 1 activities, and ongoing local support.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent implementation of programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance program execution.
  • Provide insights for the redesign of programs related to operational events and execution across various systems.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices by creating playbooks for users, focusing on employee and manager experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and manage multiple administrative tasks to support the HR team.
  • Utilize the ticketing system to assist with employee inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Develop knowledge articles to guide others on processes.
  • Respond to transactions within the HR system, offering support and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to assess and modify existing processes to align with company and market changes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, with over 5 years of progressive experience in international HR or a related area.
  • Strong understanding of local HR requirements, best practices, and administration.
  • Proven project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in data reporting and Excel, able to maintain complex spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with office productivity tools and systems such as ServiceNow and Workday.
  • A collaborative team player with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
