  • Ensure compliance with requirements and manage various administrative tasks to support the People Services team.
  • Utilize the ServiceNow ticketing system to assist with employee inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Develop knowledge articles to serve as reference materials for processes.
  • Support and troubleshoot Workday transactions as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to assess existing processes and implement modifications to align with company and market changes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, along with over 5 years of progressive experience in international HR generalist roles or HR centers of excellence.
  • Strong understanding of local HR requirements, best practices, and administration, with the ability to support these operations effectively.
  • Proven project management skills, capable of coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in data reporting and Excel, with the ability to manage complex spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with office productivity tools and systems, including ServiceNow and Workday.
  • A collaborative team player with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
