About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Financial Systems Specialist to join our team at Rappi, Inc. This role will be working closely with the Finance Systems & Design (FS&P) and Finance business teams focused on Treasury, Bank Reconciliation and FI Master Data for systems and solutions in SAP.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with financial users to understand business requirements and implement system solutions in SAP (S4/Hana).
  2. Provide support to finance teams from Treasury, Bank Configuration / Reconciliation and FI Master Data (Chart of Accounts, Cost and Profit Centers, Internal Orders) to ensure correct data for accounting postings.
  3. Manage Treasury transactions (including TRM), Bank Statements integrations and postings for Bank Reconciliation and Finance master data.
  4. Monitor systems to ensure correct postings for Treasury, Bank Reconciliations, and Finance Master data and work on recurrent issues.
  5. Support the team on escalation run tickets.
  6. Co-create solutions with business users and recommend improvements to enhance performance.
  7. Design and participate in solutions applicable in internal or other systems (Bank Statements upload, Cash Pooling).
  8. Apply good design practices, design documentation, implementation and time management (delivery control).
Requirements
  1. Hold a complete higher education in Technology, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields, with proficiency in Spanish and a desire to learn Portuguese.
  2. Have training at the SAP-FI Academy and possess knowledge of Treasury, Bank Configuration/Reconciliation and Finance Master Data processes.
  3. Have experience with the implementation of Treasury (Cash Pooling) considering TRM module, Bank Statements implementations considering multiple countries and banks and finance Master data processes in SAP (considering S4/HANA) settings.
  4. Desirable knowledge of SAP system to identify issues based on transaction analysis to help with Functional Specifications preparation.
  5. Experience in project planning for initiatives or projects, as well as the use of tools (e.g. JIRA) for managing them.
