About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Finance Business Processes Principal Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in analyzing SAP solutions for our international customers and presenting the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze SAP solutions for international customers and present findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives.
  • Work with a variety of SAP products and technologies in all industry segments.
  • Provide guidance and support across all SAP Activate phases, including:
    • Define and assess application architecture.
    • Conduct interviews to understand business processes design and provide recommendations to stick to SAP Best Practices.
    • Propose recommendations to optimize and improve business processes in Deploy phase.
    • Support customer to address issues reported during Run.
    • Support business processes continuous improvement once customer is operating SAP S/4HANA.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of SAP Finance and/or other SAP Finance product experience is mandatory.
  • SAP Finance in the core finance and controlling modules and other SAP Finance areas such as Treasury, Real Estate, BRIM, Consolidation, etc.
  • Mandatory S/4HANA implementation experience.
  • Proven experience as Finance Architect doing S/4HANA transition roadmap definitions and application architecture design.
  • Desirable experience in system conversion projects (brownfield) from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
  • ABAP optimization highly desirable.
Education, Skills and Competencies
  • The ideal candidate will have at minimum a Bachelor's degree in mathematics, science or engineering.
  • Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g. ABAP, Java, C++).
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of customers and management, both internal and external.
Language Skills
  • Spanish – Fluent in both spoken and written (Mandatory)
  • English – Proficient in both spoken and written (Mandatory)
  • Portuguese – desirable, not mandatory
