Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals with outstanding technical and interpersonal skills.
As a Finance Business Processes Consultant, you will evaluate SAP solutions for our global clientele and communicate your insights and recommendations to IT leaders and executives.
This position offers the chance to engage with various SAP products and technologies across multiple industries.
Your responsibilities will include providing expert guidance and support throughout all phases of the SAP Activate methodology to ensure successful S/4HANA implementation:
- During the Explore and Realize phases, you will conduct interviews to comprehend business process designs and offer suggestions to adhere to SAP Best Practices and standards.
- In the Deploy phase, you will recommend enhancements to optimize and refine business processes.
- You will assist clients in resolving issues that arise during the Run and operation phases.
- Support continuous improvement of business processes once clients are operating SAP S/4HANA.
To meet the demands of this role, you should be a quick learner with strong analytical capabilities. Creativity, open-mindedness, and the ability to communicate effectively and persuade others based on technical insights are essential.
Professional Experience
Experience with SAP Finance in core finance and controlling modules or other SAP Finance domains such as Treasury, Real Estate, and Consolidation is required.
Experience with conversion projects from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
ABAP optimization and S/4HANA experience are essential.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Finance or related SAP Finance products is required.
Education, Skills, and Competencies
The ideal candidate will possess at least a Bachelor's degree in mathematics, science, or engineering.
Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., ABAP, Java, C++) is advantageous.
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the capability to effectively engage with all levels of clients and management, both internal and external.
Language Proficiency
Spanish – Fluent in both spoken and written (Mandatory)
English – Proficient in both spoken and written (Mandatory)
Portuguese – Desirable, but not mandatory
