Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with outstanding technical and communication abilities.

As a Finance Business Processes Consultant, you will evaluate SAP solutions for our global clientele and deliver insightful analyses and recommendations to IT leaders and executives.

This position offers you the chance to engage with various SAP products and technologies across multiple industries.

Your responsibilities will include providing guidance and support throughout all phases of the SAP Activate methodology to ensure successful S/4HANA implementation:

  • During the Explore and Realize phases, you will conduct interviews to comprehend business process designs and offer suggestions to adhere to SAP Best Practices and standards.
  • In the Deploy phase, you will propose enhancements to optimize and refine business processes.
  • You will assist clients in resolving issues encountered during the Run and Operation phases.
  • Once clients are operational on SAP S/4HANA, you will support ongoing business process improvements.

To thrive in this role, you should be a quick learner with robust analytical capabilities. Creativity, open-mindedness, and the ability to communicate effectively based on technical insights are essential.

Professional Experience

Experience in SAP Finance, particularly in core finance and controlling modules, as well as other areas such as Treasury, Real Estate, and Consolidation, is crucial.

Experience with conversion projects from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA is preferred.

Proficiency in ABAP optimization and S/4HANA is required.

A minimum of three years of experience in SAP Finance or related SAP Finance products is essential.

Education, Skills, and Competencies

The ideal candidate will possess at least a Bachelor's degree in mathematics, science, or engineering.

Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., ABAP, Java, C++) is advantageous.

Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of assigned responsibilities is important.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English are required, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of clients and management.

Language Proficiency

Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is mandatory.

Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is also mandatory.

Knowledge of Portuguese is desirable but not required.
