Job Summary & Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Processes Principal Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will analyze SAP solutions for our international clients and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives. This role provides opportunities to work with a variety of SAP products and technologies across multiple industry segments.

The ideal candidate will provide guidance and support across all SAP Activate phases:

  1. Define and assess application architecture. Identify the best transition scenario to SAP S/4HANA.
  2. In the Explore and Realize phases, conduct interviews to understand business process design and provide recommendations to align with SAP Best Practices.
  3. Propose recommendations to optimize and improve business processes in the Deploy phase.
  4. Support clients to address issues reported during the Run phase.
  5. Support business process continuous improvement once clients are operating SAP S/4HANA.

To succeed in this challenging role, you must be a quick learner with strong analytical skills. You should also be creative, open-minded, and possess the ability to communicate and convince others based on technical facts and details.

Requirements:

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 8 years of SAP Finance and/or other SAP Finance product experience is mandatory.
  • SAP Finance experience in the core finance and controlling modules and other SAP Finance areas such as Treasury, Real Estate, BRIM, Consolidation, etc.
  • Mandatory S/4HANA implementation experience.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Architect doing S/4HANA transition roadmap definitions and application architecture design.
  • Desirable experience in system conversion projects (brownfield) from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
  • ABAP optimization highly desirable.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • The ideal candidate will have at minimum a Bachelor's degree in mathematics, science, or engineering.
  • Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g. ABAP, Java, C++).
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of clients and management, both internal and external.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Spanish – Fluent in both spoken and written (Mandatory)
  • English – Proficient in both spoken and written (Mandatory)
  • Portuguese – desirable, not mandatory
