Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our Global Network Operations team at ScotiaTech in Bogota, Colombia. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our global network, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing security remediations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the overall success of the team by executing individual goals, plans, and initiatives in support of business strategies and objectives.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot the global network, implementing required network changes to prevent or resolve network-related incidents.
  • Document, plan, and implement security remediations, services monitoring, triaging, actioning, and troubleshooting of network alerts/events globally.
  • Collaborate with the engineering teams in Global Network Engineering (GNE) to troubleshoot and fix complex network issues.
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of project coordination/management experience.
  • Strong financial management experience with program/project budgets.
  • Advanced experience with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, with a focus on creating presentations for executive management.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques, such as CA PPM, MS Projects, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
