About the RoleYou will be responsible for crafting a clear and structured Career Journey Map (CJM) to guide students from program completion to employment. Your task will be to oversee and develop a team of career consultants and reviewers, equipping them to provide exceptional support to our students. By leveraging analytics, you'll monitor and optimize the performance of the career support stream, identify trends, and drive improvements.
Labor Market ExpertiseTo excel in this position, you must possess strong understanding of labor markets in both Spanish-speaking LATAM and Brazil. Your expertise will enable you to effectively collaborate with companies to secure internship and employment opportunities for our graduates. Additionally, you'll work closely with other departments to integrate career support seamlessly into the overall student experience.
