About the Role:

A rapidly expanding U.S. dermatology organization with nearly 100 locations nationwide is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to support their Salesforce platform for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Recruiting operations.

Job Description:

The primary focus is on Salesforce administration and data structure implementation. Experience with Salesforce plug-in tools like RollupHelper to manage complex data relationships is critical. Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) would be considered a major plus. The company's Salesforce instance data structure strategy is well-documented, and we require a proven expert with the expertise to execute and maintain it effectively while ensuring seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement the documented Salesforce data structure strategy, including workflows, validation rules, and automations.
  • Use tools like RollupHelper to manage complex data relationships.
  • Ensure Recruiting and M&A activities are tracked and do not conflict within the Salesforce system.

Data & Process Management:

  • Optimize existing data models and workflows to support business processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any Salesforce-related issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

Marketing Cloud (Nice to Have):

  • Assist in integrating Salesforce CRM with Marketing Cloud for enhanced marketing and communication efforts.
  • Support Marketing Cloud operations, including journey building, automations, and data management.
  • Help ensure alignment between Marketing and M&A/Recruiting activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with advanced skills in managing Salesforce environments.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce tools like RollupHelper and the ability to handle light logic programming.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, relationships, and best practices, with experience translating business requirements into functional, logical, and data model implementations.
  • Bonus: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including journey builder, automations, and data extensions.
