- Configure and customize multiple Tableau Online environments to meet organizational needs.
- Manage Tableau user accounts and group permissions effectively.
- Oversee access levels, including user roles, security settings, and project content rights.
- Conduct data and content management to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain a comprehensive data catalog and manage data sources within Tableau.
- Provide support for functional user requirements and assist in troubleshooting.
- Perform regular compliance assessments to uphold data integrity.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to processes, policies, and application configurations.
- Handle operational requests and resolve issues promptly.
- Track system metrics to analyze usage trends and data quality.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in Tableau administration and development within an enterprise setting.
- Tableau certifications are advantageous.
- 2+ years of SQL experience, with proficiency in writing queries and stored procedures.
- Basic understanding of BI architecture and the ability to train others on BI tools.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with IT systems, database design, and data structures.
- Experience with ETL/E-LT processes is beneficial.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Proven problem-solving skills and experience in troubleshooting complex issues.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working collaboratively within a team and independently.
- Creative thinking and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
