Job Overview

We're looking for a talented Growth Strategist and Marketing Operations Lead to join our team in Bogota, Colombia. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies to drive growth and revenue.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies tailored to the healthcare sector.
  • Work closely with industry portfolio sales and business leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Define, design, and implement growth marketing strategies and collaborate to deliver sales enablement win kits and campaigns that align with the sales funnel and target segments.
  • Analyze and report on the performance and impact of your specific growth marketing initiatives with support from the insights team.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or growth marketing with a strong focus on the healthcare industry.
  • Experience in American and European Healthcare is a plus.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful growth marketing campaigns that drive revenue and customer loyalty.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in using various marketing platforms, tools, and software.
  • Creative, innovative, and customer-centric mindset.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
