Ambitious Marketing Director for E-commerce Environment

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Marketing Director to lead our e-commerce environment strategy in Latin America. With a strong background in shopper marketing, category management, and customer account experience, you will define the overall strategy, prioritize opportunities, and provide expertise to drive business growth.

About the Role:

Job Description: As our ideal candidate, you will have 10-15 years of professional experience in shopper marketing or customer marketing & catman, with a proven track record of success in mass consumption/personal care (FMCG) companies. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and controlling shopper marketing initiatives across Latam, as well as leading CatMan initiatives for Wet Shave/Schick & Sun Care brands. Additionally, you will develop and monitor execution of Category Management Strategy/Plans/Programs across the Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the overall strategy for the e-commerce environment in Latin America
  • Prioritize opportunities for business growth and development
  • Provide expertise and guidance related to sustainable retailing into the business
  • Develop, manage, and control shopper marketing initiatives across Latam
  • Lead CatMan initiatives for Wet Shave/Schick & Sun Care brands
  • Develop and monitor execution of Category Management Strategy/Plans/Programs across the Region

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of professional experience in shopper marketing or customer marketing & catman
  • Experience in mass consumption/personal care (FMCG) companies
  • Conversational business English
  • Nielsen Management
