We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing coordinator to drive our marketing strategy, with a particular emphasis on e-commerce solutions and integrations. This full-time, home-based role offers a negotiable base salary in the range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year and the opportunity to work from Latin America.
Job Overview
The successful candidate will play a key role in customer acquisition, lead generation, and brand visibility, while maintaining strong communication with the sales and customer support teams. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and generate leads through various channels, including online advertising, email marketing, and social media.
Responsibilities

- Analyze marketing campaigns and initiatives, provide performance reports, and recommend strategies for optimization.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials to highlight Skypostal's e-commerce integrations and their benefits for potential clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Establish partnerships with e-commerce platforms, agencies, and influencers to enhance Skypostal's market reach.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure they have the necessary marketing tools to promote Skypostal's solutions effectively.
- Coordinate participation in industry events and trade shows to network and showcase Skypostal's offerings.
- Work with customer support to address client inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on e-commerce solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce trends and technologies, particularly in the U.S. market.
- Salesforce CRM proficiency is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Experience in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools, with a data-driven mindset for campaign optimization.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
