About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Director to lead our e-commerce strategy efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market plans that drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with internal stakeholders, including product managers, sales teams, and executives.
  • Lead the development and execution of product launches, including establishing phased roadmaps and planning, executing, and enabling all regional marketing, sales, and CX teams.
  • Create marketing programs and sales collateral that articulate the benefits of our products and help move prospects and customers through the sales cycle.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing with experience in B2B SaaS a plus.
  • Proven track record and hands-on experience with leading and coordinating initiatives across product and sales & marketing organizations.
  • Craft obsession and deeply care about consistency, tone of voice, and look-and-feel of our brand.
  • Proficiency in written communication with an ear for 'voice' and an eye for grammar/spelling.
  • Metrics-driven and analytical; proven ability to prioritize, drive, and achieve results.
  • Systemic thinking to provide simple solutions to complex problems.
  • Great communication skills to talk about our work, product, and industry in an engaging and easy-to-understand way.
Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
