About The Role
We're seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team, someone who can manage pricing experiments, communicate effectively with clients, and provide top-notch support. As a key member of our support team, you'll work closely with high-value clients, ensuring their pricing experiments run smoothly and providing expert guidance whenever needed.
Responsibilities
Pricing Experiment Configuration:
- Configure pricing experiments for clients inside the platform.
- Monitor experiment performance and ensure smooth execution.
- Communicate findings and insights to clients.
Client Communication:
- Foster strong relationships with high-value clients.
- Provide regular updates and address client queries promptly.
Technical Onboarding and Support:
- Guide clients through technical setup and configuration.
- Offer troubleshooting support and ensure seamless implementation.
Requirements
- Customer Support or Customer Success experience, preferably in SaaS.
- Understanding of React.js and Next.js environments.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong client-facing communication skills.
