As a Senior Regional Accounting Director for the Andina Region, you will play a pivotal role in managing the accounting processes for multiple legal entities in 5 countries, including Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela.

This position requires a strong technical background in IFRS and local accounting, as well as leadership skills to manage and influence different teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a similar role managing 2 or more people.

Fluency in English and Spanish is a must, and experience working with Excel and SAP (or similar ERP) is highly desirable.

As a member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local and statutory reporting requirements, supporting the Finance Operations Hub Director and Andina Region Finance Director in delivering efficient and effective services to the local site.

You will also be expected to execute processes with required controls, guaranteeing smooth performance, quality, and on-time deliverables.

Additionally, you will participate in cross-functional projects, manage escalation appropriately, and be a business partner to the rest of the finance teams.

We believe you have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and are a strong leader with excellent communication skills.

The salary for this role is approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on the location in Bogota, Colombia.
