Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• An MBA is highly desirable.

• At least 2 years of experience in medical devices or Medical Education is preferred.

• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple projects while adhering to timelines.

• Persuasiveness in the absence of formal authority.

• Ability to navigate complex interdivisional processes and policies.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
