Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Executive to drive the growth of our Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud products within a set of named LATAM Enterprise accounts, focusing on Financial Services for Bogotá, Medellín, and Cali.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement account sales plans to meet and exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities within the assigned geographic territory.
  2. Build and lead sales pipeline by prospecting and assessing new sales potential while moving a large number of transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline.
  3. Manage customer and transactional information in a CRM system, coordinating sources throughout the sales cycle, including product support and sales engineering.
  4. Provide initial product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers, nurturing and expanding the company's relationship within customer accounts.
  5. Stay ahead of competition, driven issues, and products, practicing effective communication with account team, management, customers, and support staff.
  6. Participate in team-building and company-growth activities, including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts, and customer care.
  7. Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts, becoming a Trusted Advisor for the customer.
