As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for delivering strategic guidance and support to enterprise customers, ensuring their success with our solutions. Your expertise in technology-related fields, including consulting and enterprise account management, will drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with 5+ years of experience in the industry, a Bachelor's Degree in a technology- or business-related field, and a successful sales track record within a SaaS organization. You must possess excellent customer-facing skills, including presenting to C-level executives and building strong relationships. Strong organizational and communication skills are also essential, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet the changing needs of customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience with productivity tools, CRM systems, and online communities. A bonus is preferred experience with CCaaS technology and platforms. The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers as their primary business point of contact, providing high-touch engagement throughout their CX journey.
  • Develop Customer Success Plans that align with customers' business value drivers, success criteria, and KPIs.
  • Promote adoption and use of product features and services to achieve key customer business outcomes.
  • Establish regular cadence of Executive Business Reviews with customers to track progress towards their objectives.
  • Drive customer referenceability and continuous improvement of customer advocacy measures.
  • Identify potential business leads for further Genesys opportunities to support account growth, upsell, and expansion.
