We believe in striking a balancebetween professionalism and being human. As a Senior CX MarketingConsultant, your role requires expert knowledge in the MarTechspace. This entails consulting with clients to understand theirbusiness and marketing needs, developing effective marketingstrategies and technology architectures, configuring technologysystems, and managing change processes. Here are a few of thetasks you'll get to work on: - Design and execute a cutting-edgemarketing strategy and framework, adeptly anticipating and meetingthe unique demands of our valued clients. Your goal will be toensure exceptional client satisfaction throughout the entireprocess. - Initial setup and training for clients. The work willinvolve setting up tools after the Solution Architect has completedtheir architecture and configuration. - Provide continuousconsultancy for clients by managing a wish list of client needs andgoals. - Take ownership of integration projects in which youactively participate, from a Marketing and CX perspective. -Analyse and provide recommendations on how clients can followmarketing and technology best practices through technology audits.- Ensuring integrated reporting across the tech solutions to enableclosed-loop reporting and ensure integrations meet these criteria.- Keep up to date with and communicate new technology products,features and changes to existing features within the marketingspace. - Provide expertise in technology features and how toleverage these for marketing & relevant communications. Toexcel in this role, you should have the following: - Extensiveexperience in digital marketing, preferably in a client-facingconsulting or specialist role within a digital agency orconsultancy. - A solid knowledge of HubSpot or equivalent CRMplatforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, or Marketo. - Exceptionalcommunication and writing skills in English with the ability toarticulate concepts clearly. - A strong business acumen and theability to conduct engaging presentations. - Hands-on experiencewith online marketing tools, methodologies, and practices. -Familiarity with agile marketing and the ability to adapt tochanging processes. - A solid understanding of Inbound Marketingand Customer Experience (CX) Marketing. - Technical proficiency andthe ability to quickly grasp our technology stack. - Basicknowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
