Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Position Overview: The Order Fulfillment Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing the timely delivery of Materials & Supplies, Inventory, and Assets orders. This position involves proactive management of orders throughout the entire Demand to Deliver lifecycle, ensuring that all processes from initial requisition to final delivery at the designated location are executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely delivery for all relevant orders (Materials & Supplies, Inventory, Assets).
• Proactively identify and escalate issues to stakeholders for orders in critical status, ensuring necessary actions are taken to advance these orders.
• Manage the expediting process from requisition initiation to delivery at the field location.
• Maintain regular communication with suppliers to track order status and ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Cancel purchase orders in internal systems after consulting with relevant suppliers.
• Demonstrate proficiency in all supply chain systems and monitor order status through internal tracking tools.
• Notify Product Lines and other stakeholders of any potential delays or concerns regarding order deliveries.
• Follow up on Goods Receipt to ensure compliance with due dates.
• Assist in resolving issues related to Document-Flow-Management or other accounts payable challenges.
• Communicate order status updates to internal clients.
• Regularly review and maintain open order reports.
• Compile and update expediting reports as necessary.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in investigations led by the Efficiency team.
• Suggest improvements to documentation and processes as needed.
• Monitor deviations and report non-conformance as required.
• Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, as well as company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, intermediate to advanced English language skills, and strong customer service abilities are essential for success in this role.
