Position Overview

The Order Fulfillment Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing the timely delivery of Materials & Supplies, Inventory, and Asset orders. This position is essential for ensuring that all orders are monitored effectively throughout the entire Demand to Deliver order lifecycle, from initial requisition to final delivery at the designated location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Timely Deliveries: Monitor and guarantee on-time delivery for all orders, including Materials & Supplies, Inventory, and Assets.
  • Proactive Escalation: Identify and escalate any orders in critical status to relevant stakeholders, ensuring prompt actions are taken to advance these orders.
  • Order Management: Expedite orders from the creation of requisitions to their delivery at the field location.
  • Supplier Coordination: Maintain regular follow-ups with suppliers to confirm order status and ensure timely completion.
  • Order Cancellation: Manage the cancellation of purchase orders in internal systems after consulting with suppliers.
  • System Proficiency: Demonstrate competence in all supply chain systems and track order statuses using internal tools.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Keep Product Lines and other stakeholders informed about any potential concerns or delays in order deliveries.
  • Goods Receipt Follow-Up: Actively follow up on Goods Receipt for orders approaching their due dates.
  • Problem Solving: Assist in resolving issues related to Document-Flow-Management and other accounts payable challenges.
  • Order Status Updates: Communicate order statuses to internal customers regularly.
  • Report Management: Regularly review and clean up open order reports.
  • Data Compilation: Compile and update expediting reports by supplier, product line, and location as necessary.
  • Continuous Improvement: Engage in knowledge management and contribute to ongoing process enhancements.
  • Compliance: Uphold health, safety, and ethical standards as outlined in company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong customer service skills.
