Role Overview

The Order Fulfillment Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing the timely delivery of M&S, Inventory, and Assets orders. This position involves proactive management of the order lifecycle, ensuring that all orders progress smoothly from initiation to final delivery at the designated location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Timely Deliveries: Monitor and guarantee on-time delivery for all assigned orders.
  • Proactive Escalation: Identify and escalate issues related to orders in critical status, ensuring necessary actions are taken to advance them through the supply chain.
  • Order Management: Oversee the expediting process from requisition creation to delivery.
  • Supplier Coordination: Maintain regular communication with suppliers to track order status and ensure timely completion.
  • Order Cancellation: Manage the cancellation of purchase orders in internal systems after consultation with relevant parties.
  • System Proficiency: Utilize various supply chain systems to track and manage order statuses effectively.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Keep internal customers informed about order statuses and any potential delays.
  • Goods Receipt Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up on goods receipt for orders nearing their due dates.
  • Problem Solving: Assist in resolving issues related to Document-Flow-Management and other account payable matters.
  • Reporting: Compile and update expediting reports as required, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Compliance: Uphold company policies and standards, including HSE, TCC, and the Code of Ethics.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess an intermediate to advanced level of English proficiency, strong skills in Microsoft Office tools, and excellent customer service abilities.
