Position Overview: The Order Fulfillment Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing the timely delivery of M&S, Inventory, and Assets orders. This position is dedicated to the proactive management of orders throughout the Demand to Deliver lifecycle, ensuring that all aspects from order initiation to final delivery are executed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure punctual delivery for all designated orders (M&S, Inventory, Assets).
- Proactively identify and escalate issues related to orders in critical status, ensuring that necessary actions are taken to advance these orders through the supply chain.
- Manage the expediting process from requisition creation to delivery at the designated location.
- Maintain regular communication with suppliers to confirm order status and ensure timely completion.
- Execute the cancellation of purchase orders within SLB systems after thorough consultation with relevant suppliers.
- Demonstrate proficiency in all supply chain systems and track order status using internal platforms.
- Communicate any concerns or delays in order delivery to Product Lines and other stakeholders.
- Follow up on Goods Receipt to ensure compliance with delivery timelines.
- Assist in resolving issues related to Document-Flow-Management (DFM) and other Accounts Payable matters.
- Provide updates on order status to internal customers as needed.
- Regularly review and maintain the open order report for accuracy.
- Compile and update expediting reports by supplier, product line, and location as required.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in investigations led by the SRE Efficiency team to enhance operational efficiency.
- Recommend process improvements and documentation changes to the SRE Efficiency team when necessary.
- Monitor deviations and report non-conformance as per established protocols.
- Adhere to HSE standards, TCC, Code of Ethics, Gift Policy, and the Schlumberger Financial Manual.
Qualifications:
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is required, along with strong skills in Microsoft Office tools and customer service.
