- Review large accounts and maintain customer contact for issue resolution.
- Process customer credit balances and generate reports as required.
- Perform assigned duties and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Training in business administration or a related field.
- 1-2 years of related experience in accounts receivable or a similar field.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of SAP and IES systems.
- Quick issue resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Accounting principles knowledge and credit and collection operations familiarity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs and Excel.
- Advanced English communication skills.
