Sagan Recruitment seeks a Demand Generation Lead to drive revenue growth by developing and executing demand generation strategies. The ideal candidate must have a data-driven mindset, deep experience with PPC advertising, and a passion for AI tools that enhance marketing performance.

About the Role

This role involves:

  • Developing and executing demand generation strategies to build a pipeline for enterprise B2B SaaS, AI, or services companies.
  • Managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other major PPC platforms.
  • Nurturing and converting leads using HubSpot (experience preferred) and other marketing automation tools.
  • Tracking and reporting data and insights across key platforms, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
  • Experimenting with AI tools to enhance campaign performance and streamline marketing efforts.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align demand generation efforts with business objectives.
Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation (5+ years preferred).
  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in marketing attribution, tracking, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (major plus) and familiarity with Salesforce and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to build and optimize marketing pipelines for enterprise B2B SaaS, AI, or service-based businesses.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
