Lead Generation and Conversion Expert

Sagan Recruitment seeks a Demand Generation Lead to drive revenue growth by developing and executing demand generation strategies. The ideal candidate must have a data-driven mindset, deep experience with PPC advertising, and a passion for AI tools that enhance marketing performance.
About the RoleThis role involves:
- Developing and executing demand generation strategies to build a pipeline for enterprise B2B SaaS, AI, or services companies.
- Managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other major PPC platforms.
- Nurturing and converting leads using HubSpot (experience preferred) and other marketing automation tools.
- Tracking and reporting data and insights across key platforms, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
- Experimenting with AI tools to enhance campaign performance and streamline marketing efforts.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align demand generation efforts with business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation (5+ years preferred).
- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in marketing attribution, tracking, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (major plus) and familiarity with Salesforce and Google Analytics.
- Ability to build and optimize marketing pipelines for enterprise B2B SaaS, AI, or service-based businesses.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
