About SproutLoud:

SproutLoud is a Software plus Services platform that services the local marketing needs of large organizations. We help our clients manage their brands and distribute their marketing resources locally through sales channels, franchisees, chain-retail locations, dealer networks, value-added reseller (VAR) programs, and field employees/offices with a comprehensive distributed marketing solution.

Job Summary:

This Claims Analyst role involves reviewing and approving marketing materials, collaborating with customers and team members, and performing website functionality checks. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring that all marketing materials align with our brand standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Review marketing materials against established guidelines and brand standards, enter results into a database, and communicate review results to marketers.
  • Mastery complex guidelines and apply them to various scenarios.
  • Conduct primary reviews of post-campaign activities to determine whether materials were executed as specified in program guidelines.
  • Determine eligible campaign expenses as specified in program guidelines.
  • Participate in team collaboration through idea-sharing and brainstorming sessions.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, both internally and proactively communicating status and recommendations to customers.
  • Perform website functionality checks to ensure products are working as expected.
  • May perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with program guidelines (QC) and provide feedback to team members based on QC check results.
  • May perform various administrative duties to support client operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communication, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of marketing or advertising experience or in a related field.
  • Some remote-work experience preferred and demonstrated ability to work independently.
  • Established technical competence including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Sound attention to detail in both visual and written contexts.
  • Excellent time management and ability to organize work, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional ability to work within a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and try new things without fear of failure.
  • Fluent in English with solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn.
