About the Role

  • As a Claims Analyst, you will review and approve marketing materials, collaborate with your team and customers, and perform website functionality checks.
  • You will master complex guidelines and apply them to various scenarios, ensuring accuracy and compliance with program guidelines.
  • You will conduct primary reviews of post-campaign activities, determine eligible campaign expenses, and participate in team collaboration through idea-sharing and brainstorming sessions.
  • You will provide ongoing feedback, communicate status and recommendations to customers, and perform website functionality checks to ensure product quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communication, journalism, marketing or related field.
  • 2-3 years marketing or advertising experience or in a related field, with some remote-work experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, attention to detail, excellent time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional ability to work within a team environment, willingness to learn, and fluency in English with solid verbal and written communication skills.

  • Competitive salary $70,000 - $90,000 per year, scaled to your experience.
